If an item gets lost in the post, please contact Polly Griffin Designs (PGD) as soon as possible.

PGD cannot be held responsible if the delivery address stated is incorrect. Should you wish to change the delivery address and the order is in progress, please contact PGD as soon as possible, preferably by telephone.

Whilst we take great care to ensure that your order is delivered on time we cannot be held liable for any late deliveries. If you need to confirm a certain date, please check with us.
Once the goods have been received by you, all risk of damage to the goods pass to you


Returning Goods and Refunds:

We hope that you will love your purchase from Polly Griffin Designs.

Bespoke Items are a one off, unique item or special order (design, creation or alteration in any way) and cannot be returned unless they are faulty. These items are labelled bespoke on the website; it also applies to customer required altered products.

If, however you are unhappy for any reason, with a none bespoke item (Veils or Tiara marketplace)  please return the goods within fourteen working days for a replacement or a refund (T & C apply).
All postage and packaging costs are non-refundable and payable by the customer, except if the item is faulty, then we will refund the original postage. For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned unless faulty on receipt.

Delivery, Postage and Packaging information


Cancellations

Any none bespoke order placed, may be cancelled within 24 hours by email or telephone (unless a fast track order). In the event of goods being dispatched inadvertently within this time, goods should be returned unopened. Unless your order is fast tracked, a refund including postage costs will be made upon receipt of unopened and undamaged goods. Bespoke orders will not be started 48 hours to allow time for cancellation (unless agreed and disclaimer signed by client). After this period the agreement is binding.

Returning items – the conditions regulating

None bespoke items: Tiara marketplace and veil categories (special orders are exhempt as they are bespoke)

Distance selling regulations allow a 7 day cooling off period to make sure products are satisfactory. We operate a 14 day returns policy from the date an order is received by the customer. This allows time for the return of the tiara, veil – none bespoke item.

It would be helpful if customers would notify us by email (info@pollygriffindesigns.co.uk) if they wish to return goods so that we know to expect them

Items should be returned in their original protective packaging and both the tiara/ veil  etc and any presentation packaging must be unused and undamaged.

Items must returned with their original invoice.

Customers are responsible for the safe return of goods and we suggest you use Royal Mail special delivery which we will sign for on receipt.

After inspecting the goods and finding them satisfactory, we will refund you by the same method you paid, usually the same day. NOTE we do not refund any post and packing costs & the customer is responsible for paying our delivery costs.

Any items with evidence of use in a hair trial will not be refunded. (eg hairspray or grip marks)


Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event of you receiving faulty or damaged goods, please contact Polly Griffin Designs by email within 48 hours of receipt. We will email you instructions on how to return the goods. Please NOTE we will require the outer packaging as part of our insurance claim if the goods were damaged in transit.

Please be aware that retail none bespoke & bespoke items for sale by Polly Griffin Designs  are made using small parts that could cause choking to unsupervised young children.

Polly Griffin Designs are not liable for any injury occurring from the misappropriate use of our products.
